Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 (CAD) for all Canadian and US orders. Please understand, this is less than our own average cost to mail packages as shipping rates have increased significantly over the past few years.

**Good news for US clients! We ship all of our packages to the US as "Delivered, Duty Paid" which means you don't have to worry about additional paperwork or extra customs fees. Your package will arrive in the same way that it always has ... adorable and hassle-free!**

For local pickups, use coupon code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout to zero out the shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prep your order. We will contact you with a date and time that your order will be ready for pickup at our local venues.

You can also use this site as a "catalogue" and send an email with your order or any questions. We can use etrans or Paypal for payment. That's how we've been doing it for years and it still works for us!
